Jersey Teamwear ("we," "us," or "our") is a trade name of AARMAJ LLC, based in Trenton, New Jersey. We sell custom-made team jerseys through our website, jerseyteamwear.com (the "Site"). This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Site or requesting a quote, you agree to this policy.

We collect information you give us directly, including when you:
- Submit the quote request form: your name, phone number, email address, team name, sport, team colors, estimated quantity, and any notes you add.
- Upload files through the form or send them to us: team logos, jersey style photos or screenshots, and roster details (player names, numbers, and sizes).
- Contact us by phone, text message, email, or social media about a quote or order.
- Place an order: billing and shipping details needed to produce and deliver it.
Our website platform also automatically collects basic technical information — such as your browser type, device, pages viewed, and cookies — the way most websites do.
How we use your information
- To prepare and send your free design mockup and price quote.
- To produce, ship, and support your order.
- To contact you about your quote or order by email, phone, or text message (see "Text messaging" below).

Text messaging (SMS)
When you provide your mobile number and request a quote or place an order, you agree that we may send you text messages about your quote, design approval, production, and delivery, and — with your consent — occasional offers.

- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We do not share, sell, or rent your mobile number or text-message opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to run the business:
- Service providers that help us operate — website and customer-management platform, email and text-message providers, payment processors, shipping carriers, and our production partners who manufacture your jerseys. They receive only what they need to do their work.
- Legal requirements — if required by law, court order, or to protect our rights and safety.
Your uploaded designs and logos
Logos, photos, and artwork you send us remain yours. We use them only to design, produce, and support your order, and we do not use your team's design for another customer's order.

Data retention and security
We keep contact and order records for as long as needed to serve you and meet legal and accounting requirements. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no system is perfectly secure.

- Opt out of texts anytime by replying STOP, and out of marketing emails via the unsubscribe link or by contacting us.

Children
We outfit youth teams, but our Site and quote process are intended for adults — coaches, parents, and organizers. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13.

If we update this policy, we will post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
