Jersey Teamwear (a trade name of AARMAJ LLC)

These terms govern your use of jerseyteamwear.com and any quote or order you place with Jersey Teamwear, a trade name of AARMAJ LLC, based in Trenton, New Jersey ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

What we sell

We design and produce fully custom sublimated team jerseys, made to order for each team. Jerseys are priced at $22 each as advertised on the Site, with player names and numbers included and a free design mockup before production. Your quote confirms the final price for your order.

Quotes and design mockups

• Quotes and mockups are provided free of charge and without obligation.
• Mockups are digital previews. Minor differences between a screen preview and the finished garment (for example, exact color shades on fabric) are normal in printing.
• Production begins only after you approve the final design. Your approved mockup is the reference for your order — please review it carefully, including colors, spelling, names, and numbers.

Your roster details

You are responsible for the accuracy of the names, numbers, sizes, and spellings you submit. We print exactly what you approve. If we make an error that differs from your approved design, we will fix it at no cost to you (see "Defects and errors"). Errors in information you provided or approved may incur reprint charges.

Orders and payment

• An order is confirmed when we accept it and any required payment or deposit is received.
• Payment terms, amounts, and due dates are stated in your quote or invoice.
• Because every jersey is custom-made, an accepted order cannot be cancelled once production has started.
• Repeat and fill-in orders are quoted at current pricing at the time of the new order.

Production and shipping

• Production and delivery times given in a quote are good-faith estimates, not guarantees. We will keep you updated on your order's status.
• We ship to addresses within the United States. Delivery delays caused by carriers or events outside our control do not make an order refundable, but we will work with you in good faith if a shipment problem occurs.
• Please inspect your order on arrival and report any issue promptly (see below).

Defects and errors

Because each jersey is personalized and made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size ordered, or other preferences. However, if an item arrives defective, damaged, or different from the design you approved, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will make it right — by repair, replacement, or refund of the affected items, at our reasonable discretion.

Your logos and artwork

• You keep all rights to the logos, photos, and artwork you provide, and you confirm you have the right to use them on team apparel.
• You grant us permission to use them as needed to design, produce, and deliver your order.
• We may decline a design that we believe infringes another party's trademark or rights — for example, copies of professional or collegiate team designs. We are happy to create an original design in a similar spirit instead.
• Template designs created by Jersey Teamwear remain our property.

Photos of finished work

We may photograph finished team orders and share them on our website and social media to show our work, without publishing anyone's private contact details. If you would rather we not feature your team's jerseys, just let us know and we will honor that.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site for unlawful purposes, to submit material you do not have the right to use, or to attempt to disrupt the Site's operation.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim connected to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as a game or event affected by a delayed shipment.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey.

Text messaging (SMS) terms

When you provide your mobile number and request a quote or place an order, you agree that Jersey Teamwear (AARMAJ LLC) may send you text messages about your quote, free design mockup approval, order production and shipping status, and — with your consent — occasional promotions and reorder reminders. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. To opt out at any time, text STOP. For help, text HELP or contact us at support@jerseyteamwear.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You must be 18 years or older to enroll in our text messaging program. How we collect, use, and protect your mobile number and text-message opt-in information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on the Site when you place an order applies to that order.
